In
just one & half decades RITEE has evolved from being
Chhattisgarh’s premier technical institute to a notable
conglomerate of technical & professional education. It all
started with the dreams and vision of the promoters of
Mahanadi Education Society.RITEE Business School
(RIBS) is a latest addition to its legacy as an AICTE
approved full time autonomous business school. The think tanks
and few spirited
academicians realized that agri-business, retail, health,
logistics, supply chain, energy, and public administration
were all vital elements in a growing society apart from core
management disciplines such as marketing, finance, human
resource and IT and that it was necessary to link these
meaningfully with industry. The outcome is the creation of the
RITEE Business School, Raipur in 2009 as an autonomous body
with the active collaboration of the industries of the region.
It is apparent that to have a vision is not enough. Effective
governance and quality education are seen as critical aspects.
From the very start the founders are introducing the concept
of faculty governance: all members of the faculty play an
important role in administering the diverse academic and
non-academic activities of the Institute. The empowerment of
the faculty will be the propelling force behind the high
quality of learning experience at RIBS. The Institute has
initial collaboration with some well known trainers and
industries. This collaboration may greatly influence the
RIBS’s approach to education. RIBS has started autonomous
Post Graduate Diploma in Management (P.G.D.M.). The Post
Graduate Diploma in Management is a two year- six trimester
full time management programme, duly approved by AICTE,
Ministry of HRD, New Delhi.
